Danse Macabre | Violin Sheet Music

Danse Macabre | Violin Sheet Music

With spooky season in full swing, I thought it would be fun to create an arrangement of “Danse Macabre” for violin and piano. This piece was originally composed by Camille Saint-Saens, a french composer who was also famously known for composing “Carnival of the Animals”. Danse Macabre is the french term for Dance of Death and is often performed around Halloween time.

This arrangement is suitable for violin students in Suzuki Book 2 and above. It includes music for solo violin and a simple piano accompaniment. Find it here.
